I appreciate that my 18 year old daughter was able to check in and allowed to stay. I rented this room for her and a friend so they wouldn’t be on I4 late after a concert in Tampa. Most hotels do not allow guests under 21 to check in so despite some mediocre reviews I chose this hotel mostly because she could check in at 18. However, she was impressed by the service and cleanliness of the property (when I saw pics I was too.) the deposit was returned fully and promptly. Even if other hotels allowed check-ins at 18, this property would still be wt the top of my list for price, cleanliness, customer service and location.

This is in a great location near airport with a lot of food locations, even a Target a couple miles away. If like smoked food, need hit Jazzy's BBQ down the road half mile or so. This was rated best in USA by Good Morning America and they are right!! Only down side is that breakfast during week could be about an half hour longer, ends at 9am. We understand that it starts at 6am due to having business people during week. But, for us on vacation means have to make sure at breakfast by 830am. I'd enjoyed it more had been 630am till 930am. We plan however, to be back there due to location when travel to Tampa.

The staff were beyond lovely- I miss them haha. The people that provided breakfast were the sweetest and they did such a great job of keeping on top of everything. The room service was EXCEPTIONAL. We would come back every night and it would be stunning, which is honestly a miracle because we have 3- very small- very messy- kids. Couldn't fault it and can't wait to come back! great location too!

The room was nice and clean. Always a great first impression when it doesnt smell musty like some hotel rooms do. We are a family of 5 and requested a room with sleeper sofa. Surprise when we arrived and the sleeper was already made up and ready. Thank you Comfort Suites for your preparation in getting this set up before we arrived.

The room was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom too with plenty towels. The pool area was nice for relaxing with a very HOT hot tub and very cold pool. Breakfast was great with a very good selection and plenty of it. Convenient for the airport.
